Services

Two services, one ladder.

The difference is not how capable the system is. It is how much runs without you in the room — and that should follow your comfort and your evidence, not our price list.

Personal AI Assistant

A capable AI assistant, installed on your own machine, configured around your actual role — your responsibilities, your terminology, your recurring work, and the boundaries you set.

What you receive

  • Installation and configuration of a supported terminal-based assistant, authenticated with your own account and subscription
  • A role profile built from your responsibilities, tools, and approval boundaries
  • A custom instruction system defining how it works, what it may access, and what needs review
  • An organized workspace for documents, templates, references, and recurring tasks
  • Reusable task templates for your most common work
  • Two to four practical workflows, configured and tested on your real examples
  • Safety configuration: review rules, file protections, and recovery safeguards
  • Live training using your own work, plus a written guide and quick-reference sheet
  • Support through the included stabilization period

Who it suits

People who are interested in AI but cautious about security, complexity, and handing control to automated systems — and people who already pay for an AI subscription but only ever use the chat box.

What it deliberately is not

  • Nothing runs unattended
  • No server, no hosting, no infrastructure to maintain
  • No broad API access granted to anyone
  • No sending, publishing, purchasing, or deleting on your behalf

You stay responsible for reviewing output before it is sent, published, or used to change a business record. That is the design, not a limitation of it.

Service two · when the work is proven

Managed Automation

The recurring work moved onto infrastructure we run, monitor, and back up, so it happens on schedule whether or not your laptop is open.

What you receive

  • Workflows running on a schedule, unattended, on infrastructure isolated to you alone
  • Connections to your email, calendar, documents, forms, and business tools
  • Deterministic rules controlling what each workflow is permitted to do
  • Approval points built in, so output waits for a person
  • Monitoring with alerts that reach us before they reach you
  • Automated daily backups, with a restore procedure that has been tested
  • Failure investigation and minor changes included in the monthly plan
  • Export of your workflows and data whenever you ask

The honest trade

Because this runs without you, credentials you authorize are held on infrastructure we administer. That is a real change from the personal assistant, and it is the reason the two are separate services rather than two sizes of one.

What we do about it: one isolated deployment per client — separate database, separate credentials, separate encryption key, separate backups. Nothing is shared between clients. You can revoke our access from your own accounts at any time, without asking us.

How access, isolation, and revocation actually work →

The path between them

Automate the thing you got tired of starting yourself.

The personal assistant tends to reveal which tasks you still have to remember to begin. Those are the honest candidates for automation — chosen from observed friction, not from a sales conversation.

  1. Personal AI Assistant. You learn to delegate safely and see where the time actually goes.
  2. Assisted expansion. More templates, structured intake, a command library for your role.
  3. Managed Role Automation. Scheduled workflows, approvals, monitoring, backups, isolated infrastructure.
  4. Advanced role system. Cross-tool reporting, exception detection, ongoing optimization.

There is no requirement to move up this list, and no discount for doing it faster. Plenty of people should stop at step one.
