Pricing

What this costs, and what changes it.

Two families, priced separately, because they are different services rather than different sizes of the same one. Final pricing depends on complexity, integrations, risk, and what the work is actually worth to you.

Personal AI Assistant

One-time setup. No infrastructure, no monthly requirement.

Runs on your machine, using your own AI subscription. Ongoing support is available but genuinely optional — plenty of people take the installation and the documentation and never need us again.

Assistant Starter

$750

one-time · support 14 days included

Installation, safe baseline configuration, one role profile, a custom instruction file, two task templates, and a 60-minute training session.

Assistant Plus

$1,800

one-time · support 30 days included

The Role System plus deeper document workflows, a reusable command library, integrations that need no managed server, additional training, and a measurement plan.

Optional ongoing support: $50 – $100 / month. Instruction updates, template maintenance, brief support, and one small improvement request. Additional training or project work is quoted separately. Your AI subscription and provider usage remain yours and bill to your own account.

Managed Automation

Setup, then a monthly plan that keeps it running.

The monthly fee is not optional here, and it is not a maintenance upsell — it is what pays for the hosting, the monitoring, and someone noticing at 6am that a workflow failed. An unmanaged automation is a liability with your name on it.

Starter Workflow

$500 – $900

setup · then $50 – $100 / mo

One or two narrow workflows. The right size when there is a single clear repetitive task and no appetite for more yet.

Advanced Role System

$2,500 – $4,000

setup · then $300 – $500 / mo

Multiple tools, reporting, exception handling, more complex approval paths, and continued optimization as the work changes.

Included every month

What the monthly plan covers

  • Hosting on infrastructure isolated to you
  • Uptime and health monitoring
  • Automated daily backups, kept off the server they back up
  • API and credential upkeep as providers change things
  • Failure investigation when something breaks
  • Minor fixes
  • Up to one hour of small changes

Not included

What is quoted separately

  • New workflows, or substantial changes to existing ones
  • Unlimited revisions — there is no such plan
  • Custom software development beyond the agreed scope
  • Unattended sending, publishing, purchasing, or account changes, which need a separate design and your explicit approval
  • Your AI provider usage and subscriptions, which bill to your own accounts
  • Legal, medical, financial, or compliance guarantees

Work beyond the monthly hour is scoped and priced before it starts, not billed after the fact.

What moves the number

Four things, mostly.

Complexity
How many decisions the workflow has to get right, and how many exceptions exist.
Integrations
How many systems are involved and how cooperative they are. A tool with a good API is a different job from one without.
Risk
What happens if it gets something wrong. Higher stakes mean more approval points, more testing, and more of our time.
Expected value
What the recovered hours are actually worth to you. If the honest answer is "not much," we will tell you that before you pay for anything.
